具有高分子量麦谷蛋白5+12亚基小麦新种质的创造及其特性研究

摘要
采用种间杂交 (硬粒小麦×普通小麦 )创造了具有高分子量麦谷蛋白 5+12亚基的小麦新种质 .利用Glu Dly位点特异引物对 5+12亚基新种质基因组DNA进行PCR扩增 ,结合SDS PAGE对该种质进行鉴定 ,5+12亚基在杂种后代的遗传规律因亲本类型不同而不同 ,5+12亚基新种质的沉降值、湿面筋含量、粉质图形成时间、稳定时间等品质指标显著优于其具有优质亚基 5+10的姊妹系 ,该种质遗传上纯合 ,具有多花多粒的优良农艺性状 .5+12亚基小麦新种质的创造 ,将为我国小麦品质育种提供新的优质遗传资源
