摘要：

目的评价新活素治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及其不良反应。方法治疗组48例,给予新活素治疗;对照组52例,给予硝普钠治疗。观察两组用药前后生命体征、呼吸困难程度及相关血流动力学指标的变化。结果两组比较,在降低呼吸效率、呼吸困难程度及改善左室射血分数方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发生与用药有关的不良反应治疗组1例,对照组7例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新活素治疗CHF疗效显著,不良反应发生率低。
