摘要
血管紧张素-(1-7)是肾素-血管紧张素系统中重要的终末活性产物,具有改善胰岛素抵抗、保护血管内皮、舒张血管、抑制心肌重构、保护肾脏等生物学作用,凭借的信号转导通路包括增强胰岛素受体/胰岛素受体底物蛋白1/磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B通路活性、负向调节AngⅡ/AT1受体激活的c-Src及其下游靶点细胞外信号调节激酶1/2和还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(磷酸)氧化酶等。
