摘要：

膝骨关节炎(osteoarthritis of the knee,KOA)与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是骨科领域两大常见疾病,且临床上两者常常同时出现。通过回顾文献,我们发现两种疾病在流行病学、病理机制及治疗等方面具有一定的关联性。认识到OP与软骨下骨吸收在KOA的病理进程中发挥着重要作用,在KOA的早期,尤其是合并有OP的KOA患者,进行抗OP治疗可能对延缓KOA的进展有一定的帮助,但目前尚需要更多的多中心大样本随机对照试验加以证明。
