摘要：

高血压病人在未发生临床脑卒中之前,脑形态、功能以及脑网络已经产生了一定程度的损害,这些无症状的损害可引起认知能力的衰退。随着我国人口老龄化的加速,高血压患者的基数及其在人口中的比例也不断扩大,研究高血压(HTN)对人脑认知的影响是健康认知老化中的一个极其重要的问题。大脑年龄估值差(Brain AGE)被用于计算脑年龄与实际年龄的差别。118个对象(41个高血压患者)的磁共振图像首先通过图论分析,随后采用与年龄相关的脑网络拓扑特征来预测脑年龄。HTN的脑年龄比实际年龄高(4.1±3.1)岁,而健康对照组的脑年龄与实际年龄基本相符。Brain AGE可以作为一种临床生物标志物用来检测与HTN相关的脑异常老化模式。
