<正>阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种常见的进行性发展的神经退行性疾病,AD患者脑内出现大量蛋白样沉淀以及神经纤维的交联。其中β-淀粉样蛋白(amyloidβ-protein,Aβ)是脑内蛋白样沉淀的最主要组成部分。
