盐酸青藤碱多囊脂质体的制备及其释放特性研究

摘要
目的制备包封率较高且具有较好缓释性能的盐酸青藤碱多囊脂质体。方法用复乳法制备盐酸青藤碱多囊脂质体,以包封率和囊形为考察指标,采用均匀设计优选最佳处方和工艺,并考察其形状、粒径及体外释放性能。结果制得的盐酸青藤碱多囊脂质体包封率在80%以上,形状圆整,粒径较均匀,多数分布在20~30μm,体外释放符合Higuchi方程,释药t1/2为52.7 h。结论盐酸青藤碱多囊脂质体处方工艺稳定可行,包封率高且具有良好的缓释特性。
