摘要：

红细胞分布宽度是反映周围红细胞体积大小变异性的参数。近年研究发现,红细胞分布宽度增高与急、慢性心力衰竭的严重程度与预后有关。这可为临床提供心力衰竭患者的危险度分层及判断预后的重要信息。但其根本机制尚待进一步探讨。
