流感病毒诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的初步研究

摘要：

目的 :观察流感病毒对体外培养肿瘤细胞的诱导凋亡作用。方法 :体外培养Hela和Raji细胞 ,加入一定浓度的流感病毒 ,于诱导后不同时间检测各种凋亡指标。结果 :经病毒诱导后 ,细胞出现生长特性及细胞形态学的改变 ,DNA电泳出现典型梯状条带 ;流式细胞仪显示凋亡峰出现 ,AnnexinV Fluo染色流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率与感染后时间呈正比。结论 :流感病毒可诱导体外培养的Hela和Raji肿瘤细胞发生凋亡
