阿托伐他汀短期治疗对急性冠状动脉综合征外周血单核细胞环氧化酶2信使核糖核酸表达的影响

摘要
目的:检测阿托伐他汀短期治疗对急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血单核细胞中环氧化酶2(COX2)表达的影响。方法:急性冠状动脉综合征患者42例,随机分为阿托伐他汀组(常规治疗加阿托伐他汀20mg/d,21例)和常规治疗组(常规治疗,不服用任何调脂药物,21例),治疗前和1周后采血分离外周血单核细胞,培养24h,采用RTPCR检测COX2信使核糖核酸表达;同时选择健康自愿者18例作为健康对照(正常对照组)。结果:急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血单核细胞中COX2表达(0.96±0.15)明显高于正常对照组(0.31±0.08,P<0.05)。阿托伐他汀组外周血单核细胞COX2信使核糖核酸表达(降低66%)与常规治疗组比较(降低26%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血单核细胞COX2表达明显增强,阿托伐他汀能较快速地抑制其表达。
