摘要：

<正>脑卒中患者常常遗留运动功能障碍,主要表现为力弱、自主运动控制的丧失、痉挛、深感觉异常等,由此影响患者的日常生活能力及社会参与能力。其中力弱是最普遍表现之一[1—2]。传统观念认为:力弱是由拮抗肌痉挛引起,肌力训练被认为会增加痉挛、加重异常模式,故在很长的一段时期内,训练的重点是如何降低肌张力、减少异常模式、降低拮抗肌
