<正>心力衰竭(HF)是一个严重的大众健康问题。在美国,HF作为主要因素或参与因素,导致每年100万患者住院治疗,近30万患者死亡[1]。我国HF住院率只占同期心血管病的20%,但死亡率却占40%,其中59%的HF患者死于急性心力衰竭(AHF)[2]。因
