摘要：

目的评价糖尿病患者位听功能状况,探讨糖尿病与位听功能变化的关系。方法回顾分析2011年1月至2011年12月,因眩晕就诊于首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的137例2型糖尿病患者,分析其位听功能的变化。结果在被调查的137例受试者中:①85例(62.04%)患者存在听力损失,其中糖尿病病程≤10年者115人,65例(56.52%)患者存在不同程度听力损失;糖尿病病程>10年者22人,听力损失者20例(90.90%)。糖尿病患者的听力损失与病程有关,病程长的糖尿病患者听力损失发生率高(P=0.001);②114例(84.44%)患者存在前庭功能受损,94例(68.61%)存在耳鸣,49例(35.77%)主诉耳闷堵感;③糖尿病患者听力损失与性别有关(OR=2.076),男性较女性患者听力损失发生率高(P=0.073)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的听力损失发生率高,且与患者性别和糖尿病病程有关。病程长的糖尿病患者听力损失发生率高,男性患者尤其显著。
