血卟啉衍生物(HpD)-激光对S180瘤细胞杀伤作用的电镜观察

摘要：

本文报告了用氦氖激光照射吸收HpD的S180瘤细胞的电镜所见。照后30分钟,开始观察到线粒体肿胀,3小时后,相继显示线粒体、细胞膜、粗面内质网、核膜及染色质等损害,并逐渐加重。结果提示主要损伤细胞生物膜结构,线粒体受损较早。
