烟草转基因检测标准及PCR反应体系的研究

摘要：

通过对PCR体系和反应条件的优化 ,确定了针对 3 5s启动子序列进行转基因检测的最佳反应体系和反应条件 ,利用纯阳性模板经PCR扩增、琼脂糖凝胶电泳确认 1ng模板DNA为纯阳性样品理想扩增下限 ,同时以不同阳性含量的干烟叶为材料 ,确定了烟叶转基因检测的标准为 0 .1%,建立了转基因外标定量法 ,并通过已知阳性含量样品的检测对该反应体系和检测标准进行了结果验证
