IT能否为企业带来竞争优势成了最近二十年学者们争论的主题之一,本文的主要目的就是从资源理论角度建立企业的IT能力与持续竞争优势之间的理论联系。理论分析表明,IT与其他组织资源相互融合产生的企业IT能力与持续竞争优势之间存在正相关关系,而竞争行动使这种关系的中介变量。组织学习作为一种动态能力缓冲了企业IT能力和竞争行动之间的正相关关系。本文最后讨论了本研究的意义和后续工作展望。
