摘要：

工业革命最先发生在英国,其之创新体系的演化对于我国有重要的借鉴意义。本文将英国国家创新体系的演进过程分为三个时间段,即工业革命—19世纪末、19世纪末到二战前,以及二战后至今。在这三个时间段中,英国的国家创新系统发生了一系列变化。文中分别就这三个阶段,分析了英国国家创新系统演变的整体经济环境,各创新主体的发展状况及相关制度及其建设的影响,以及各创新主体之间的相互关系与作用。
