心肌缺血/再灌注损伤与细胞内多信号转导通路的研究进展

摘要
作为中医药应用的一个分支,对有效成分的应用研究能为医药事业提供丰富的资源。在心血管方面,随着高难复杂心脏手术的开展,心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(Myocardial ischemia/repair-fusion injury,MIRI)成为影响预后的重要因素。目前对MIRI的发生、发展及转归已研究得较为深入,但其细胞信号转导机制尚不明确。目前研究表明,多条细胞信号途径参与了MIRI的病理生理过程,其中Ca、核因子-KB(NF-KB)、Janus激酶/信号转导及转录激活因子(Janus kinase-signal transfer and activator of transcrip-tion,JAK/STAT)、蛋白激酶C(PKC)、分裂原激活蛋白激酶(MAPK)等信号系统在IRI中发挥着关键性作用,并且在应用研究上取得了一定的进展。
