摘要：

本文目的是研究董事会资本特征、不同CEO继任者来源以及企业绩效之间潜在的理论关系。首先,对CEO继任者来源的划分方式进行研究,并得出分类多样化的结论。其次,对董事会资本的内涵、特征进行分析,并进一步考察了董事会资本对企业绩效产生的影响。最后建立起董事会资本与CEO继任者来源之间可能存在的理论关系,希望通过对三者间存在的潜在关系的分析和探索,为相关研究提供新的视角。
