以太极拳为主的中医传统运动在心脏康复中的作用

摘要
运动是心脏康复的核心要素,基于运动的心脏康复可降低心血管疾病的发病率及病死率。由于国家和地区差异,目前心脏康复国际指南在运动强度及运动检测两方面尚未取得共识。综述以太极拳为主的中医传统运动在心脏康复过程中的作用相关的研究证据,表明此类运动强度适中、干预过程安全,可降低血压、血脂等心血管疾病危险因素水平,增加运动能力,改善焦虑、抑郁状态而发挥身心兼顾的作用,并通过干预冠心病、慢性心力衰竭、房颤等心血管疾病,提高患者生活质量、降低其发病率和死亡率。认为以太极拳、八段锦等为代表的中医传统运动运用于心脏康复具有一定的可接受性、可行性及经济性,并可为推进心脏康复运动发展提供思路。
