基于生存分析模型挖掘HSPB1基因表达与放疗敏感性关系研究

摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白(HSPB1)与胃癌的放疗敏感性关系。方法采用TCGA公开的胃癌数据库,随机将胃癌数据等分为2份,一份为测试组数据,一份为验证组数据。结果分析结果表明,HSPB1的表达与胃癌患者的总生存率无显著关联;无论是测试组还是验证组数据,高表达HSPB1的胃癌患者在放疗与非放疗组间总生存差异无统计学意义,多因素调整后也无统计学意义,测试组数据和验证组数据调整后风险比(HR)分别为1. 08(0. 38~3. 09)和1. 38(0. 53~3. 64),P值分别为0. 89和0. 51;而低表达HSPB1胃癌患者经过放疗,效果显著,测试组数据和验证组数据调整后HR为0. 22(0. 06~0. 81)和0. 03(0. 003~0. 220),P值分别为0. 02和0. 001。结论 HSPB1低表达与胃癌的放疗敏感性存在明显关联,HSPB1低表达的患者,放疗后生存率大幅上升,提示HSPB1可作为胃癌精准放疗的潜在有效的分子标志物。
