摘要
脑卒中的高发病率和高致残率给家庭、社会造成沉重负担。肌痉挛为脑卒中后遗留的主要运动功能障碍之一,卒中时间超过3个月的患者其痉挛发生率甚至可超过40%。近年来,重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)作为一项安全、无创、有效的神经康复治疗技术在临床上逐渐被推广。目前,国内鲜有关于rTMS在脑卒中后肌痉挛中的康复应用的综述报道,本文将对此作一综述。
