摘要：

<正>脑卒中后导致上运动神经元综合征,早期为阴性症状,包括肌肉无力及精细活动丧失,后期出现阳性症状,即肌肉的过度活动,包括痉挛、痉挛性肌张力异常(spastic dystonia)、痉挛性共同收缩(spastic co-contraction)等。脑卒中后的痉挛可以导致患者主动运动障碍、影响日常生活活动能力、引起疼痛及不适等。
