摘要
血卟啉衍生物(HpD)光照后产生的单线态氧使细胞膜和脂质过氧化而杀伤癌细胞。本文报道了HpD对肝癌细胞亚细胞器酶活性及线粒体膜的影响,发现HpD合并照光可显著抑制线粒体ATP酶和腺苷酸激酶的活性,提示线粒体是HpD光辐射损伤的敏感部位;照光条件下,HpD促进膜脂质过氧化使MDA显著增加,推测此为影响亚细胞器酶活性的机理;HpD对G-6-P酶活性无明显影响,可诱导细胞色素P-450,其意义尚不明了。
