摘要：

[目的/意义]旨在为个人学术成就评价提供参考。[方法/过程]在国内外文献调研基础上,归纳文献、数据库和官方机构使用的个人学术成就评价指标,按照指标计算方法和特性将其归为传统指标、相对指标、h类指标、百分位指标四大类,列出部分重要指标的计算方法,并分析其特性。[结果/结论]个人学术成就评价指标从出版指数、引文指数扩大发展到h指数、成功指数、相对影响指数、百分位数指数等,可以说是从简单指标到复杂指标、从一维指标到多维度指标、从绝对指标到相对指标,并正转向从多个指数、多维度或者引用网络评价个人学术成就。
