生物转化烯丙基酚类化合物生产天然香料的研究

摘要
烯丙基苯酚类化合物是常见的芳香化合物,是香料生产的常用原料。生物转化已成为生产天然香料的一个重要方法。生物转化过程以其环境友好性、产品是"天然的"等优点,越来越被大家关注。综述了烯丙基苯酚类化合物的生物转化及其生产相关香料的最新进展,并以香草醛为例阐述了生物转化生产高附加值天然香料的潜力。同时,展望了研究生物转化的代谢机制及其工艺优化的现实意义。
