本文综述了高效液相色谱法方法发展中选择性优化的基本方法和策略,介绍了影响色谱选择性优化的三个主要方面:即色谱参数的选择、优化指标和实验设计及优化方法,并评述了今后色谱选择性优化的发展趋势。
