摘要：

<正>阿尔茨海默病(AD)对老年人的身心健康造成严重影响,为社会及家庭带来沉重的负担。轻度认知障碍(MCI)是介于正常衰老和AD之间的一种过渡状态,MCI患者转化为AD的概率显著高于非MCI人群。目前,AD尚缺乏疗效肯定的治疗手段,中晚期疗效不佳,在MCI阶段对患者进行早期干预,减少其向AD的转化,可降低AD的发病率,提高认知障碍
