摘要：

文章在劳动力非完全替代假设基础上,探讨了劳动力老龄化对未来我国劳动生产率的影响。结果表明,在不同劳动力替代弹性下,劳动力老龄化对劳动生产率的影响存在差异,不同年龄段劳动力的替代弹性越小,劳动力老龄化对劳动生产率的影响就越大,反之则越小。文章最后就应对我国劳动力老龄化提出了相应的政策措施。
