菌细胞脂肪酸气相色谱图鉴别非发酵菌和肠杆菌

摘要
本研究用高效毛细管柱气相色谱(GC)法分析6属12种118株常见非发酵菌和11种40株肠杆菌的全细胞脂肪酸(CFAs),并与Vitek-AMS的分析结果进行比较。结果表明:两类菌有鉴别意义的CFAs是葵酸、月桂烯酸、月桂酸、十三碳烯酸、十三碳酸、肉豆蔻脑酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五碳烯酸、十五碳酸、十七碳烯酸、十七碳酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸、花生四烯酸、花生酸和二十一碳酸。非发酵菌和肠杆菌的CFA构成差别较大。各菌属间的差别较种间大。同属不同种间的差别小且主要是CFAs百分含量不同。GC法将为临床微生物学检验提供一种全新而高效的检测方法。
