摘要：

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病,而慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)会对患者的生活质量、疾病进程和社会经济负担带来严重的负面影响。因此,全面了解AECOPD各方面概况,对科学认识和规范治疗AECOPD意义重大。本文结合相关文献和指南,从AECOPD的概述、病原学和诊治三个方面进行阐述,旨在帮助临床医师更好地开展AECOPD的管理工作。
