摘要：

目的 :探讨细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0在子宫内膜异位症 (内异症 )发病中的作用 ,检测子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达用于诊断内异症的可行性。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测正常子宫内膜和内异症的在位及异位内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达。结果 :细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0在正常子宫内膜无表达 ,在内异症的在位和异位内膜均有强表达 ,增殖期与分泌期无差别。检测子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达 ,用于诊断内异症的敏感度为 91 5 % ,特异度为 10 0 % ,阳性预测值为 10 0 %。内异症子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达与AFS分期无相关性。结论 :子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0分泌增加促进内异症的发生 ;内异症子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P -45 0的强表达对内异症的诊断有重要意义
