50例运动员髌骨软骨病分析—临床、病理及放射学回顾性研究

摘要：

本文对北京医科大学运动医学研究所13年间(1975.2—1987.9)经手术治疗的50例髌骨软骨病患者的临床资料及X片做回顾性研究,全部病人均手术证实为髌骨软骨病,为连续性资料。测量了34个膝关节的60°髌骨切线位片的5组指标并对髌骨分型。以期于临床及运动员选材提供参考。
