摘要：

<正> 根据流行病学资料,缺血性卒中约20%为心源性,其中近50%为非瓣膜病性房颤,1/4为瓣膜性心脏病,左室附壁血栓约占1/3。本文就美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)/美国卒中协会(American StrokeAssociation,ASA)2011版缺血性卒中/短暂性脑缺血发作(Transient Ischemic Attack,TIA)二级预防指南(ASA2011二级预防指南)
