儿童功能性慢性腹痛的诊断与治疗

摘要：

功能性慢性腹痛在儿科非常多见,但临床上对其诊断与治疗的认识尚有待加强。现结合功能性胃肠病罗马Ⅲ诊断标准,主要就4种儿童功能性慢性腹痛(如功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征、功能性腹痛和功能性腹痛综合征、腹型偏头痛)的诊断、鉴别诊断与治疗进展作一阐述。
