外部创新源、创新能力与企业创新绩效关系研究

摘要：

以湖北省和河南省256家企业为研究样本,通过构建结构方程模型,实证分析包括外部信息源和知识密集型服务机构在内的外部创新源、技术创新能力与企业技术创新绩效之间的内在关联,研究结果显示:企业获取外部创新源有利于提升其技术创新能力,进而提升其技术创新绩效。与此同时,研究还发现企业通过与知识密集型服务机构积极开展合作,有利于企业更好地利用外部信息源获取技术和知识信息。本研究将对企业进一步充分挖掘外部创新源,提升其技术创新绩效产生积极影响。
