摘要：

在深入分析R&D联盟企业知识转移构成要素及各要素相互关系基础上,运用ISM模型识别出影响要素。建立了能够刻画R&D联盟知识转移行为的因果关系图与系统动力学模型。并用Vensim PLE软件实现了系统仿真,验证了模型的有效性和灵敏度。
