摘要：

<正>心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)是目前新发现的在心脏中含量丰富的胞质蛋白,具有高度的心肌特异性。在心肌缺血的患者中,胸痛发生后血中H-FABP浓度1～3h升高,6～8h达峰,24～30h恢复到正常水平。在心梗患者出现症状24h内检测H-FABP有益于:①更早对患者行再灌注治疗;
