线粒体调控细胞凋亡的研究进展

摘要
通过对细胞凋亡的研究发现,线粒体在调节细胞凋亡过程中发挥着关键作用。机体通过细胞凋亡清除损伤、衰老与突变的细胞,从而维持生理平衡。在细胞凋亡过程中,通过呼吸电子漏途径,线粒体产生大量活性氧,使其通透性转换孔开放,引起线粒体跨膜电位降低,导致细胞色素C、AIF、Smac/DIA-BLO等凋亡因子释放到细胞质中,线粒体上通透性转换孔道的开放,削弱了线粒体膜两侧的质子梯度,导致ATP合成下降;释放的活性物质激活半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶(Caspase),引起细胞凋亡。
