环境因素引致劳资关系变动的SSA理论分析

摘要：

文章在SSA理论框架的基础上分析环境因素对劳资关系产生的影响,指出由于环境负价值的生产,劳动者相对地位的变化取决于其分配到的正价值比重与其分担的环境负价值比重的对比。二者的差额一方面受价值分配制度影响,另一方面受环境保护制度影响。全球新自由主义SSA阶段下的环境负价值分担机制使劳动者地位进一步恶化。新的制度变革应一方面改革分配制度,提高劳动者在正价值分配中的地位,另一方面通过环境保护制度确保劳动者分担的负价值比例不高于其分配到的正价值比例。
