乙烯、游离氨基酸与金帅苹果叶片衰老和脱落关系的研究

摘要
本文研究了乙烯与金帅苹果外植体叶片衰老和脱落的关系以及游离氨基酸对乙烯释放的刺激作用,结果发现:金帅苹果外植体叶片随制备时间的延长急剧衰老,释放大量乙烯引起叶片脱落。Ag+在没有抑制叶片衰老的状况下,能抑制其脱落;外源乙烯能促进外植体叶片的脱落,而不引起衰老,Ag+能抑制这种脱落。可见,乙烯能直接促进金帅苹果叶片的脱落,衰老所以引起脱落是因衰老过程产生大量乙烯。外植体叶片急剧衰老产生大量乙烯的同时,游离氨基酸积累;外源游离氨基酸能刺激金帅苹果叶园片乙烯的释放,并且主要通过提高ACC 含量,而非提高EFE 活性,说明衰老叶片游离氨基酸积累能刺激乙烯释放,从而引起脱落。
