神经松动术对腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的疗效

摘要
目的观察下肢神经松动术对腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法 46例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组和对照组各23例。对照组采用常规康复治疗手法,治疗组在此基础上增加下肢神经松动术,1次/d,共1个月。于治疗前、后评价患者坐骨神经痛的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和日本骨科学会下腰痛评分(JOA)。结果治疗前两组VAS评分和JOA评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001),治疗组JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论神经松动术对于改善腰椎间盘突出患者的坐骨神经痛有着明显的疗效。
