<正>缺血性卒中是最常见的卒中类型,其不仅可造成患者肢体活动障碍、语言障碍等躯体残疾,而且显著影响患者的认知功能。现就缺血性卒中后认知障碍的预防及治疗进展综述如下。1卒中后认知障碍的定义及机制卒中后认知障碍系指急性脑血管病导致的各种类型和程度的认知障碍,是自轻度认知障碍(MCI)至痴呆的一大类综合征,包括卒中后痴呆(PSD)和卒中后非痴呆认知障碍(CIND)。伴有某些认知域的功能下降,即
