<正>随着我国人均寿命的延长,老年高血压患病率已达40%～60%,中国老年高血压患者已超过8 000万以上〔1〕。尽管目前安全、有效的药物越来越多,但老年高血压的治疗现状仍较差。我国老年高血压防治工作仍处于较低水平。提高对老年高血压的认识及其治疗水平是有效控制血压,降低心脑血管病发生
