<正> 1 有氧运动训练对血脂代谢的影响运动对血浆脂质,脂蛋白代谢的影响已历经多年的研究。尽管由于运动方式、强度,研究对象、方法的不同其结果有一些差异,但大量的流行病学及临床实验研究均发现,无论对于男性n[1,2]女性[3]老年人[1,4]还是儿童[5],长期规律的体育运动均可有效地改善其不良的脂质结构,并能延缓因增龄而
