重硅油与普通硅油填充术后舒适性调查研究附视频

摘要
目的对比研究眼内填充重硅油和普通硅油术后患者的舒适度。方法选取玻璃体视网膜手术应用重硅油与普通硅油填充的患者各20例。对患者术后的不适症状进行问卷调查,并统计分析问卷结果。结果普通硅油填充术后采取俯卧体位会给患者多器官系统带来明显的不适,重硅油填充术后采取坐位或平卧体位不会给患者带来明显的不适,二者舒适度相比差异显著。结论在保证视网膜复位的前提下,根据视网膜脱离患者不同的病变部位选择应用普通硅油或重硅油,可以提高患者的舒适度,有利于患者康复。
