摘要
骨性关节炎(OA)是最常见的一种关节炎,由于肥胖和人口老龄化,OA的发病率不断上升,OA对人类的威胁也正在迅速增加。原发性OA常无明确病因,可能是由多种因素共同作用所致,如遗传、高龄、肥胖、关节创伤或过度使用等。因本病的发病机制尚不明确,故有效地预防OA已成为重大的公共卫生学问题。OA是一种复杂的多因素疾病,同时,还有许多潜在的与发病和进展有关的机制需要研究。
