摘要
血红素氧合酶1(HO-1)催化血红素降解生成胆红素,一氧化碳和Fe2+,这个表面平淡无奇的催化反应却引起人们越来越多的注意。HO-1的活性直接影响到抗氧化损伤的能力的变化。现已证实HO-1具有抗炎、抗凋亡、抗增殖的作用。同时还发现,在许多疾病(如败血症和动脉粥样硬化)中起着保护作用。但是,HO-1产生保护作用的机制现在仍然没有完全明确,本综述重点介绍HO-1的功能。
