<正> 新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)是由于缺乏肺表面活性物质(PS)引起,又称肺透明膜病(HMD),本文讨论 NRDS的预防,分产前预防、产后预防和联合预防。一、产前预防对可能发生早产的孕妇在妊娠后期给予激素以预防早产儿出生后发生呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)或减轻其症状称产前预防。胎龄24～32周是激素促进肺成熟的最佳阶段,因此是产前预防最佳时候,32～34周以后激素效果渐降低。能
