摘要：

从基于Internet/Intranet的国际科技合作企业集成化信息系统、蜜网技术支持的网络反竞争情报系统、人际情报网络和反竞争情报中心等四个部分构建了国际科技合作企业反竞争情报技术支持系统;从竞争情报检测与重定向以及蜜网环境的运行两个方面分析了蜜网技术支持的网络反竞争情报系统运行,探讨了人际情报网络反竞争情报的实施路径,剖析了反竞争情报中心的工作机理;认为国际科技合作企业反竞争情报技术支持系统工作的重点在于科学防范来自合作外方的人际网络和信息网络的情报收集工作,防止科技情报的泄密。
